LL130s Hoot 'n' Toot Carnival Whistle

This Carnival Whistle has its origins in Brazilian samba music. The leader of the samba group gives musical directions with his three tone whistle. Tones are achieved by placing fingers over the side chamber holes in various combinations. A raised edge mouth piece and recessed finger holes makes it easy to play.
